Clause 1

Acceptance of Terms

  • Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
  • Be a resident of Brazil with full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Not appearing on any active gambling prohibition or self-exclusion lists.
  • Must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Win757 employee.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Win757 reserves the right to request identity and proof-of-residence documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

Notice: Registration by users under 18 is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed immediately, and any retained balance will be refunded after verification.

Clause 3

User Account

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on Win757. Duplicate accounts — even if registered with different details — are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts tied to the same CPF or device will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. Do not share your password with anyone or allow others to use your account. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your sole responsibility.

Win757 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive a request of this kind, treat it as a fraud attempt and contact support immediately.

  • Keep your registration details up to date at all times, especially your email address and mobile number.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support.
  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 (twelve) months may be closed following prior email notification.
  • Account transfers between users are prohibited.
Clause 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

Win757 accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all in Brazilian reais (R$), with no foreign currency conversion:

  • Pix: Instant processing for deposits. Withdrawals within 10 (ten) minutes of approval, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Boleto bancário: Settlement within up to 1 (one) business day after payment.
  • Credit and debit card: Instant credit to your account upon carrier confirmation.
  • PicPay & Mercado Pago: Processed in real time upon confirmation from the partner platform.
  • TED transfer: Available through major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other financial institutions authorized in Brazil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). The minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.00 (fifty BRL). There is no maximum withdrawal limit for regular users; however, an individual limit may be applied to accounts undergoing additional verification.

Withdrawal rule: Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or Pix key linked to the CPF registered with Win757. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Win757 may request additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before approving withdrawals, particularly when there are signs of suspicious activity or when the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds. This verification may include submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie of the account holder.

Deposits that cannot be verified or that show signs of fraud will be reversed, and account access may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

Clause 5

  • Every bonus is subject to a rollover requirement (minimum turnover) before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The rollover multiplier varies by promotion and is always specified in the relevant terms.
  • The validity period of each bonus is fixed and begins from the moment it is credited to the account.
  • Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically cancelled with no right to compensation.
  • Bets placed below the minimum amount per round or below the minimum odds indicated may not count toward rollover requirements.
  • Win757 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it determines that the user is employing betting strategies with the sole purpose of converting the bonus into withdrawable funds (bonus abuse).
  • Each promotion is eligible once per CPF, residential address, device, IP address, or payment method.

UFC Boost: The automatic 20% odds boost for Brazilian athletes in UFC events is applied directly to the displayed odds — no code required. Valid for single and accumulator bets placed before the fight begins, up to the maximum bet amount indicated for each event.

Clause 6

Sports Betting

Sports bets on Win757 are accepted across all markets available on the platform, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions), volleyball (Superliga, Nations League, and national team), MMA, UFC, basketball (NBA and NBB), e-sports, and other sports listed on the platform.

The following rules apply to all sports bets:

  • A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except in cases where Win757 expressly offers a cash-out feature for that specific market.
  • Results are determined based on official sources from the organizing body of each competition (CBF, FIVB, UFC, NBA, etc.).
  • In the event of cancellation, postponement of more than 48 hours, or a no-contest, all pending bets on that event will be refunded to the account balance.
  • Obvious odds errors — such as values clearly out of market range due to a technical fault — may be corrected or voided by Win757 before the event is settled.
  • Live (in-play) bets are subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended at any time before being accepted.
  • Handicap, over/under, and other special market outcomes follow the specific rules for each sport, available in the platform's rules center.

Win757 reserves the right to limit bets, adjust maximum limits, or refuse individual bets in specific cases without prior justification, in line with standard industry practices.

Clause 7

Casino Games & Slots

The casino games available on Win757 — including slots, live casino, crash games (such as Aviator), progressive jackpots, and other titles — are provided by certified studios and use Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories. This ensures that every round is genuinely random and immune to any external interference.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed in the interface before the round begins. It is a percentage calculated over millions of spins and does not guarantee any return in individual sessions. High volatility means greater variation in results — larger prizes hit less frequently; low volatility means smaller prizes hit more often.

Responsible Gambling

Clause 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the Win757 platform and may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, bonus cancellation, and balance retention pending investigation:

  • Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any tool that automates bets or interactions with the platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF in order to repeatedly claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
  • Attempting to manipulate sporting results or colluding with other bettors.
  • Exploiting technical loopholes in the platform to gain undue advantages.
  • Registration using third-party information or falsification of identification documents.
  • Any activity that violates applicable Brazilian law, including the Penal Code, the Marco Civil da Internet, and the LGPD.

Anti-money laundering: Win757 is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law (Law No. 9,613/1998). This includes deposits and withdrawals that show atypical patterns or are inconsistent with the user's declared profile.

Clause 10

Account Closure

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting Win757 support. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 (five) business days, and the available balance will be returned via Pix or another eligible method, after deduction of any incomplete bonuses.

Win757 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Violation of any provision described in Clause 9 (Prohibited Conduct).
  • Registration information that is demonstrably false or outdated.
  • Request by a competent judicial, law enforcement, or regulatory authority.
  • Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) following a formal request.
  • Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, device, or address.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, any balance derived from bonuses or winnings obtained through irregular conduct will be forfeited. Directly deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be returned upon completion of an internal investigation.

Clause 11

Limitation of Liability

Win757 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets or games played on the platform. Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified, independent RNG; sports betting outcomes depend on real-world events beyond Win757's control.

Win757 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may cause temporary downtime. In such cases, any bets in progress that cannot be settled will be refunded.

Win757 is not liable for losses arising from:

  • Issues with the user's internet connection.
  • Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.
  • Betting decisions based on information obtained outside the platform.

Changes to the Terms

Clause 13

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment and sports betting sector in Brazil.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms will first be submitted to an online mediation process between the parties. If an amicable resolution is not reached, the courts of the user's place of domicile in Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with the parties waiving any other venue, however privileged.

Win757 may require identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals, particularly for new accounts or when the cumulative amount exceeds certain thresholds. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), a recent proof of address, and in some cases a selfie holding your ID document. It depends on the reason for closure. For a voluntary closure requested by you, the available balance is returned in full via Pix within 5 business days, after deduction of any incomplete bonuses. Directly deposited funds are reviewed individually and may be returned after an internal investigation is completed. As a rule, confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by either the user or Win757. The exceptions set out in the Terms are: obvious odds errors caused by a technical fault (where the displayed odds are clearly out of line with the market), cancellation or non-occurrence of the event wagered on, and situations where result manipulation by the bettor is proven. Outside of these circumstances, the bet stands until the event is settled. The cash-out feature, where available for a specific market, is the only way to close a bet before the final result.
